Well, according to the reference book Boxwood and Ivory, Stanley never made a #11, so that takes them off the table.
Other manufacturers weren't necessarily knock offs, some were innovators, and that is why Stanley often bought them.
But back to your #11. H. Chapin's Son in the 1890 catalog, lists a #11 as Square Joint, Middle Plated, 8ths & 16ths, in a two foot, four fold, narrow rule, at 1" wide, for $5/doz.
Those bold words in the middle are the tough part, but yours matches those. This is a mid range rule, the arch joint and edge plate is the high end. I'm trying to post a link to a catalog showing the words, but its not loading right now.
