Is anyone aware of a folding table (maybe not folding)that has borders to keep things from flying off?

You could run some aluminum or thin plywood around the end of the table. But I have not seen one.

Thx viper id like 1 with folding legs+ill get some alum T beams + attach them to maybe a white lifetime table

Check your grandma's basement. A lot of the little folding "TV dinner tables" had a rim to add strength and catch spills.
