Foot Controlled Latch for Storage Cabinet

I was thinking of building a storage cabinet with a foot controlled latch installed on the base to hold each of the side doors in place. The idea is that the cabinet doors would fully open only when the latch is released. I have looked and been unable to find that type of latch anywhere .

Any ideas where to locate a foot controlled latch?
