Is that Bedliner in the rear roof section? If so, why I know there were prone to rust in that area. I have a friend who loves these things and would love to see it

I believe it is bedliner, or a similarly-textured surface. The section of the roof that is black is actually fiberglass - it's a dealer add-on roof extension. My original plan was to sand it down and paint it the same color as the body but never had the time to do it. The car is at my workplace so I'm available to show it any time of day in person for anyone who's local.
