This is the last of 4 large bench size ultrasonic cleaners we have. All the work for them is gone out of the USA and is NEVER coming back. Bitter you bet but I can't do anything about it and this is a great machine I designed and had built right here in CT.
6' SS bench on casters, modular to remove tanks if needed. This is UFI machine, now also gone, but I upgraded to a Bluewave magnorestrictive generator setup that is the best on the market and made in Davenport IA.
This is setup for cleaning electronic parts, 208-3-30a with a 30 Khz generator. Gets into small blind holes to clean them. Not for heavy oils, it will clean the oil off but you would have to plumb in a colescing filter & skimmer to remove the oil.
I used water with detergent to clean, it will work with simple green and other common soaps as well. I have some of the soap left you can have it.
The rinse was setup for DI water and comes with the housing and a resin bag that is recharged when needed for about $60.
The dryer is a small spin dryer that is 120vac and just keeps running.
This is in CT, I will not ship it. You have to come and get it. Loading dock available.
