For those without PowerProbe, what do you use for extra long test wires from battery?

To test a window motor, for example, I just use my test lead kit clamped to the battery and hook the other side to the motor. But, what if you're testing something at the other side of the car. What sort of extra long 20ft wires can I use? My test leads only go like 6 feet.

I have a 20' length of marine 14/2 with clips on one end and bullet connects on the other so I can attach whatever I need to.

Retractable leads. I have a 30' set with 3 leads from Mac and a 20' 2 lead. They are on a plastic spool with a magnet base. The old stand by Lisle lighter test adapter works well too for cabin testing. +- and a light to verify power.

I have some little SLA batteries I use to bench test stuff. Before I got my pp3 I'd just take a battery anywhere I needed, jump it to ground, and that'd give me much of the functionality of a power probe.

I have a set I made. Some speaker wire with a 12v cigarette lighter adapter at one end & alligator clips at the other. I also added a female lighter socket to alligator clips adapter for under hood use. Radio shack

I use about 20' of clear speaker wire with red & black alligator clips soldered on the ends. It's the type of speaker wire that looks like clear zip cord/lamp cord & is probably 14 gauge. One conductor is silver & the other is copper so it is easy to see which is which.

I also have a PowerProbe with extensions, but have been using the long test leads forever & sometimes they are still the simple solution for me. Probably because my methods of testing have been based on them since the 70s. Their disadvantage is that they are not fused & you need to be careful what they touch. I usually clip the free end to something inert prior to connecting to the battery. I made the first set when I was a kid working at a hardware store. I have replaced them once since.
