I scored a new but damaged Forced Air Furnace yesterday. I have a friend in the business and he is very tight with the local heating and A/C supply house. They had two 75,000btu up-flow/down-flow/horizontal-flow units get damaged in shippment. It took me 1-1/2 hrs to dismantal and tweek everything back into place and it's done. My cost for this unit was $200 and retail is somewhere in the $600-$800 range.
