I’m not sure if this is part of a tool kit for the Model T or Model A.

That's for a Model A. The square end on the handle is for the rear axle fill plug and maybe for the transmission.

Thanks! So I have another one just like it except it doesn’t have the square end and the Ford is written in a different spot. Could this one be for a Model T?

That's correct. The square end one works for everything from 1928 to 1948.
