Foredom Model C questions

Got this awhile back and it got put on “get to it later “ pile. Now I would like to use it get maybe a foot-or benchtop speed control. Also the handpiece has no chuck at all, nothing in there. I looked at the Ca. 2019 online catalog and it looks like if I order a new handpiece to fit the old key-type drive cable this will work. Don’t know. This machine is pretty old but it sounds good. Any advice would be appreciated.IMG_0706.jpgIMG_0709.jpg

Thanks Steaks, as much puttering around with old machines as I do it would be worth the money to get this thing rigged up to do things that I do all the time by hand. It deserves to be cleaned up and checked over and put back in service. Was concerned that the model C is too old for the modern stuff to fit, but it seems I was wrong.

Even the modern made in China Foredom copies should fit a vintage Foredom. Though it usually goes the other way, with people buying authentic Foredom handpieces to use with the Chinese motor.
