Here's an interesting socket "set". All they say on them are the socket size and the "MADE IN USA". Nothing else. I don't know the maker, etc. Any ideas? Maybe something that use to come standard with an old car or ??

Picked up an old J. P. Danielson 12" adjustable wrench today.. Made in Jamestown, NY. Also have a set of Montgomery Wards adjustable wrenches, as well as a MW adjustable plier... Pictures tomorrow...

I have several ProAmerica brand tools I bought from Walmart in '89 and '90. I have 3/8" drive sockets and ratchets, combinnation wrenches, and several pliers. I believe this line was made by KAL Tool. I think ProAmerica is still in production, but with pliers only. Anyone have any more info?

Here is a Diamond (Horseshoe) brand pair of locking pliers I also picked up.. They remind me of the older Craftsman ones (i.e. 1970's)

i swear everytime i buy a toolbox or a lot of tools there are two sets of those staring at me.

i always pass them down the line.

I would have passed them by except that they were clean, undamaged, still in a set, and have deep stamping "Made in USA" .. I would have killed for a set of these when I was a kid ... would have been perfect for working on a bike...

I have a couple of screwdrivers from the Harold Tool Co. One dates back to the mid-60s. They're good tools.

Did some quick searching.. seems like the Walden sockets were mostly stamped with their name/mark. I didn't see any like the one I have in the picture. Do you have a picture you can share?
