What do you want to know? It is a basic 180A AC arc welder, but with the added feature of current-limiting; it will only draw something like 56 amps from the AC line if there is a dead short between welding leads.
You can use it with a carbon arc torch as well, and even a soldering iron if you can find the Forney iron.
You will notice that there is a HI gnd and a LO gnd socket, and each tap socket has 2 numbers near it, one corresponds to HI and one to LO amps.
I have a 1958 Forney Welding manual that came with my C-5B, and it does not give a whole lot of info on the individual welders. Lots of info on how to weld, though.
