Forum display error

This just started yesterday, nothing has been changed on my end and this is the only forum messed up. I don't see any stickies or other messages pertaining to this problem. Screenshots following...

Anyone have an idea? Changing browsers doesn't fix it.

Have you cleared your browsers cache? sometimes with google chrome and firefox browsers I've had to do this!

Looks like the style sheet wasn't applied to the HTML for some reason. Or maybe some needed Javascript isn't downloading.

If you still see the same thing and in multiple browsers your internet provider may be having some kind of routing issue or you may have some malware.

CTRL+F5 did the trick. I have no idea what that trick was(lol), but thank you very much Posidriv.
