Not CL but I spotted this on Eprey - more local to you than me - BIN and local PU only? I'd be jumping if it were local. I love the age/build.

For light model making and the like, its no different that several "multi machines" made in the past 75 years or so. more compact. I'm wondering if the motor is up to the sawing however, (or the disk sander for that matter). the grinder base looks like one of those tiny low HP homeowners grinders.

I'm also wondering how much is factory, and how much was made by the PO? Possibly all, adding the sanding disc and pulley then cobbling up a basic table saw table.

The tool stand's definitely not original, neither is the sanding disc fence (if you go by the VM links I posted). Goofy doesn't mean ineffective, if it works, it works, I liked the footprint but question having a saw jut out when using the other functions. I wondered if the saw table could pivot upwards to hide the saw as a way to guard against it?

I can't see a label, but they look for all the world like Little Giant brand tables which go for big bucks new. I got all the tables I need or I'd get one or two myself. Fifty bucks would be a good deal.

We had a division that had an big old Swedish drill press that had been there since the 1950s. Worked great. I stopped by one day and noticed it was gone, so I asked where it was. They said, "We tossed that in the scrap bin because is was old." and "We are going to order a new one". :mad:

These damn tables have dropped from $50 to now $40 each! Got all the tables I need or I'd snag them myself. Look very similiar to Little Giant brand. All welded, sturdy, great shape with just a few small holes in top.

I've missed on a few and regretted it. I really want one of the small arboga mills. Drill presses and table saws are like hammers, the science has been nailed down for so long that you'll sacrifice features on most modern ones at similar price point of vintage (no power feed, decent depth stop, geared head, coolant through in table, etc...
