14 Drawer heavy duty Tool Box - VIDMAR - $400 (Lebanon)

I have a prior military 14 drawer tool box (vidmar box). This was a US Navy tool box just a few years ago and now has been cleaned up and painted to be a nice too box. I have added heavy duty casters also. This box is made of steel and is sturdier than any Snap On or Mac box every thought about being. You can open the bottom drawer, stand in it and jump and the box will not tip! The box will come will divider plates you can use to organize the drawers and it does have a lock but I don't have the key (I am sure a locksmith can make one).
This does not come with any tools.
The dimensions are:
27.5" deep
30" wide
63" tall

I have a millermatic 120 mig welder for sale $400. It is an older one but it works great. I do have an empty small tank I will send with it. I haven't used since I got out of the jeep and buggy fun about two years ago. Kids came along!! This is a good welder I bought it used about 8 years ago for $700.00!! It does have a large spool of wire on it but I don't know if it is still any good or not.

Not mine BTW

What is everyone's search terms to find these deals... or are you just randomly coming across them? I've came across some decent ways to search for items in bulk that I thought I would share:

1. You can look for multiple terms all at once by using parentheses and pipes to seperate the terms. For instance:
("snap-on" | "snap on" | snapon | snappon | "MAC tools" | matco)
...would search for all of these, all at the same time...

2. You can EXCLUDE terms to narrow down your search in particular ways, for instance:
mac -computer
...will give you any listing with MAC, but exclude listings where they use the word "computer"

3. You can use asterisks to wildcard search, for instance:
craft*man
...will help you find those mis-spellings when someone says "craftman" or "craft-man" instead of "craftsman"

4. You can combine the above to get even more precise results, for instance:
mac -computer -monitor -ram
...will help you further narrow down results when looking for MAC tools

Other examples (besides tools) are a query that I occassionaly run when looking for vehicles:
(1975 | 1976 | 1977 | 1978 | 1979 | 1980 | 1981 | 1982 | 1983 | 1984 | 1985 | 1986 | 1987) (silverado | "c10" | "c-10" | "gmc sierra" | "sierra grande" | "camper special")

I know it isn't a 'find', but I hope this helps people out there looking to find some good deals!

That's a difficult one. I usually search for the entire post and look for the full year. IN MY EXPERIENCE, people who are too lazy to write out a correct description are not worth the time, however you do occassionally get better deals from these people because they are a little slow (if you know what I mean). I actually run a similar query to above in that I use:

(1975 | 1976 | 1977 | 1978 | 1979 | 1980 | 1981 | 1982 | 1983 | 1984 | 1985 | 1986 | 1987) (pickup | bed | 1500 | ton | restored)

... plus a few other words, to get times when people dont even use proper names like "86' PU" as the title and "Good running pickup, call me" as the description. I hate when people do that, but I TRY to look for them. You can't always catch everything, but you can try!

Additionally, if you use something like:

(64 | 65 | 66 | 67 | 1964 | 1965 | 1966 | 1967) (C10 | silverado | "C-10")

.. including the words you want (sierra, classic, camper special, etc.), and THEN you sort by price low to high, you can usually have a good bet that the old stuff is gonna bubble to the top for you, starting with the people who put $1 as the buy price (another pet peeve of mine) followed by the rust buckets, then a small band of trucks that are old, in decent condition and are asking a fair price!

Once you get your search strings down that turn out good results, SAVE them as a favorite so you can just pull it up, see what you haven't seen yet and be out of there.

Hope that helps, spclk!

Wow I learned something new there!!! THanks!

Please tell me you are all using the RSS function and having the hits fed to you in real time....if not you are missing out.

Lower right hand corner click on the RSS logo and you can produce an RSS feed for your search results and you can log that into a RSS reader and you get real time CL results.

Google makes a fine RSS reader called "reader" but outlook also has one built in too.
