That's a deal, those things are very powerful and very useful, the solid & fine adjust. machined tables is what makes them so nice to use. I love mine

Pretty close to me, not that I need ANOTHER compressor but the original motor still works, it's a single phase, the OTHER motor he's throwing in is a 3 phase which around here are a dime a dozen. I'll probably go look anyhow to give it a look see.

Offer him $1, since that's what he wrote in his ad. (I'm joking, sort of)

But seriously don't feel bad about ordering the 1 ton, I just got one myself. The Famco is a whole different animal for different projects although they do over lap. The Famco 3r is a 4 ton weighs over 180 lbs and much bigger with a 12 5/8" throat and over 2' tall. It doesn't sit on a shelf and pull off when you need it like the 1 ton, it will need a proper home in your shop.

Famco's are excellent and worth getting if you have a spot for it. That particular one looks complete and worth inquiring about.

Lets us know what he wants for it.

Well, this ***** but I guess inevitable. I happen to be at this guys place today to buy an old motor and saw a table saw similar to the one I posted last week. It just so happens to be the exact same one except with an extra digit added to the price (now $450) and a bad Lt blue spray job.

He also happens to be the most unpleasant person I have ever come across through Craigslist and I do come across all types in my adventures. He absolutely does not want you to ask him any questions. He has no clue about tools and does not care, the guy is simply a flipper and who straight out tells you not to ask him any questions. I would not trust buying something from this guy and would avoid.
