That's a Walker " Roll-A-Car " Jack, "Tom Boy" model. Could be a 2 ton (782) or Maybe a 3 ton (783). Plenty of threads about these jacks here on GJ.

It's not a Snap-On but its 41" wide, not the typical 26" wide ones you see. These use to get really good reviews, the early ones were heavy gauge and solid drawers.
