Yeah, I think newer arbor presses use shims on the front plate for adjustment. Aside from being a little dusty, this one was very clean and barely used. Handle is nice and straight as well.

Probably due to the appearance of the same ad in multiple cities as well as postings on known scam sites. Fairly common scam unfortunately, and at least Craigslist seems to be doing better about removing some of the scam ads.
