Found a perfect workbench stool

Needs cushions, but I love it. Anybody know who made it? I’m guessing the cushions were grey ? Maybe it never had any? Any info appreciated.

Molded plywood stools like that typically didn't have cushions. I have one that's very similar.

Most likely your chair was made by Toledo Metal Furniture Co of Toledo OH. The "UHL" design drafting chair is now a very sought after industrial work chair. You can usually find the manufacturer information under the seat, but very often it is missing. The Uhl brothers started the company in 1898 as a bicycle repair shop but moved into metal furniture soon afterward.
