Found Another Strange Tool

To make a long story short, when my wife and I bought the farm we have now, the previous owners adult children asked if I wanted them to just leave the tools and things in the garage. There were all sorts of tools, organizers, etc. That was over a year ago, and I have just got to looking through some if this stuff. Most of the stuff left was common stuff, but K have been finding some tools I have never seen before. Below is one such tool.

Has anybody ever seen one of these or have a clue what it is?

Maybe this picture will help with scale. I cant imagine it's big enough for a fifth wheel jack.

Is it solid? Or square tubing?

Its for removing pins from car door hinges. The small rods are pushed through the pin, (the small nut on the end goes on the top after its been pushed through) then the bar is hooked up on the bottom stopper, and you hit the bar with a hammer to pull the pin down
