The ratchet may be made by Indestro (it has the look) and re-branded

MAC and Cornwel as both truck brands. Tru-Fit was a mid range tool co back in the 40's/50's I think.

The Metco look identical to a dozen other stamped out cheap wrenches, dominated by Oxwall.

The ratchet was probably sold by western auto they had there own tool brand back in the day. I do not know who made there tool and branded there name on it tho.
