I owned one a while back. It had two speeds by shifting gears and power feed. It was much larger than the one pictured.

Thank you Jim pictures are very helpful it seems I am missing one pulley , the one on the motor. But my son just bought a lathe so I think I can get one made pretty cheap .or at least I should be able to ( or else! )

They look like cute little things. Might be able to email one of the guys who posted theirs on VM and get them to measure the diameters of the motor pulley. Should be fairly easy to fab, might even think about a wood pulley with a steel sleeve to mount on the motor shaft.
