Found: Osaka Tanko Wrench

I found an Osaka Tanko 13 - 17mm open ended wrench. Has anyone heard of them? It's really weird, because almost all of the older tools I've found in our sheds have been craftsman...

I'll post some pics when I get my card reader.

I did a google search on Osaka Tanko, but didn't get any viable hits...

It's probably from a tool kit that came with a motorcycle or machine, not likely bought over the counter.
