While cleaning out some boxes that were left over from my inlaws move I found these. I was getting ready to through this box out when something shinny caught my eye. The first is a nice set of 1/4" drive 12 point Bonney deep sockets. They are sized from 7/16 to 3/16 and are in good shape. The second item is a little strange to me. They are a set of sockets on an allen type wrench.
They are sized from 1/2 to 3/4" in size. Not sure of the make, all they say is "Made in USA" on them.

I had a handful of sockets like that but couldn't pinpoint them. They remind me of Walden. But hard to say.

Nice Bonney sockets!

The others are inexpensive socket sets which were sold in every dimestore and hardware store across the country at one time...kind of a counter-top impulse purchase item...(like those screwdrivers with removable chrome driver shaft with double-ended bits are today) Many companies made them, but rarely put brand names on them. They are older, and interesting...but not terribly popular or valuable But the Bonney 1/4" drive deep sockets...those are very cool! Nice haul.
