Found this in the Matco, Burndy Crimpers

Grabbing some crimpers from the tool box. I don't remember where/how I got them. Some sort of crimpers for electrical terminals according to the google. I don't understand the inner jaws, not that it matters. Anybody familiar with this type of crimper? Is there a story?

Bern dibner,, basically the inventor of crimping wire connectors and wire crimpers, founded burndy in 1924. Currently owned by Hubbell and still making fancy crimpers.
