I found this gem while going through some of my grandfathers tools.
He worked as a mechanic for the public works department in Streator Illinois back in the 20's-30's.

I'd say it's a tappet adjusting tool. Looks like thin tappet wrenches and feeler gauges all in one unit. Pretty cool.

That's real Art Nouveau, they might buy it.

Also may be float bowl level gauge on there too. It would be interesting to identify all the individual gauges on it.

Made for early 6 cylinder Chevies, functions are stamped on the blades. Don't know exact year range.
