This was in an older tool chest I recently acquired with many other tools. Mainly aviation tools like rivets, snips, spring compress, punch, etc. Was told it was a masonry tool but wasn't sure?

Any idea of the age? Solid metal 15" from end to end. no marking I can see yet but will continue to look.
