This is my first post, I'll start with the basic info. I just erected a 24ftx25ft (600sq ft) shop dedicated to motorcycle work, and I'm trying to decide what will be best for finishing the slab. Things to consider, it was poured less than 2 months ago, it is 4"-6" thick (had a little slope in the back), has a vapor barrier, the finish right now is quite smooth, but not polished. The qualities I need in the floor finish are durability for heavy equipment, gas, oil (I don't want stains), and other chemicals, and I'd prefer something I don't have to maintain or re-coat every few years. I'm not too worried about price, but I think about $1 per sq ft should be a good budget, less is always better of course!

Now that you know what I'm looking for, my real question is whether anyone has heard of Foundation Armor? It is a newer co, founded in 2012. All I can find is the reviews on their site which are obviously good. They have a Aliphatic Urethane coating that advertises all the qualities I need plus a nice showroom finish, for my shop it would cost about $600- that includes two 600sq ft kits (gotta do 2 coats), and colorant (I'm thinking white). Does that pricing sound good? And can anyone speak to the quality of this product? Any informed (or otherwise) opinions would be much appreciated!

I called them about their ar350 sealer. They were very nice people very helpful. Not a ton of info out there that I could find. That can be good and bad I guess.

I realize this thread is several years old, but I am curious if you decided to go with UTN60? And if so, are you happy with it? I am considering if for my garage that will be used primarily for car restoration so I have similar needs as you described.
