hello guys im in the final stages of finishing up my garage I noticed that where the floor and foundation meet there is a small gap and I can feel the cold air leaking thru what can I use to seal this up. I also want to paint the foundation inside the garage with some type of moister sealer what should I use? This is a old foundation I just bought my house and garage so the concrete has been poured for many yrs if that matters also have a few small cracks that I would like to repair or seal up as well.

I would probably use urethane caulk for sealing the seam.

Others m.ay know more than I do with regard to water sealing foundation walls but I think this is best done on the outer part of the wall.

If the cracks are cosmetic, I'd do nothing.
