I need some help identifying these screwdrivers that I've found around my house.

First is a flat blade with black painted or lacquered wood handle. It looks like some Vlchek/Dunlap drivers I've seen, but it has no markings that I can tell.
Second is another wood handled flat blade, but smaller. This one does have markings which are "MEISTER WE..." it's illegible after that with the 3rd letter in the second word possibly being a "R."
Third is a yellowish (it could have be clear at one time) translucent plastic handled Phillips #2 with no other markings than "7384 MFD USA" on the handle.
Last is a blue and clear plastic handled #2 Phillips with the only markings being "PHIL. LIC. #39 PAT. 2507231 ALLOY- #2" on the blade. It also has a magnetic tip.

License number 39 is the key. I don't know who held that one

Is there any place where I can find who was issued the license number? I've tried googling Phillips license numbers and Phillips license number 39 and nothing turned up.

Meister is a German company that made screwdrivers.
Could it be MEISTER - GERMANY on the handle?

The first one with the black handle sure looks like a Vlchek. I've also got a Mayhew Peerless that looks just like that, except it has the manufacturer name on the ferrule.

It's not "GERMANY," but I did find Meister and the full name of the company is Meister Werkzeuge which is probably what the second word is on the screwdriver. Thanks for the lead, when I searched "Meister wood handled screwdriver" not much came up. I still can't find this particular model, but at least I know who made it.

I would say the 3rd one's font and handle mold look like a Proto (pic stolen from ebay):

Think in German. There may be much more on European websites than US. Use google translate to search for screwdriver (Schraubendreher), and then look for the company name.

If you use Chrome, it will offer to translate the pages back to English for you.

Thanks for the lead. While I couldn't find a Proto screwdriver exactly like mine, it lead me look at other Proto brands. I finally found it under Challenger.

I also found by chance, a possible maker for the fourth one. The brand is "Workman's Choice" I've seen some of their tools before and I have seen some screwdrivers made in USA and others in Taiwan. This leads me to believe that they were a store brand or a company that rebranded tools with their name.

The color doesn't match for Challenger, but I would bet it is Proto Ruby Line. Not many pics of those out there though.

The last one with the clear and blue handle looks exactly like my Great Neck screwdriver the plastic has also yellowed like this one and the writing on my Great Neck one is just stamped on so their is a chance it’s just worn off and is a Great Neck

That blue and clear one looks like a ROSCO driver I have.

Second from the top.

Thanks for the replies guys, but one thing I forgot to mention was that the Blue striped one has a square handle.

I think the lighting in my photo made it look reddish because in sunlight it's yellow. Also the model number for a ruby line #2 Phillips is 9384, while mine has 7384. I also just noticed that it has some green paint left on the thumb rest area.

Ok I found something in my tool collection to match that sort of as you can see this Oxwall is square and blue striped so it is possible to be that brand or similar too bad it doesn’t have any writing on it.

Yep that's it. The same number of bands (6) on the handle.
