Four years and just now doing an intro?

Signed up here in 2006 and just now taking care of this. Whats a matter with me? Guess I've never had a need to post before.

I'll do the intro now so when I do have something to say, I can post it with a clear conscience.

Any who, my name is John and I'm an all around gearhead kind of guy. Like all kinds of cars but like the Traditional stuff the most. Came here from The Jalopy Journal/HAMB where I've been a member since the 90's. I live in Olive Hill,KY where I was born and raised.

I've worked at all kinds of construction, Laborer, Electrician, block layer, whatever it takes to get a paycheck. Now days I'm self employed running a trophy shop and selling old car parts on the side. Once in awhile I'll help a local wire up their garage and make sure they don't takke shortcuts that will lead to a raging fire.

I'm hoping to soon start on a garage here at my home to give me more room to work on my toys. Maybe I can be of some help around here as I learn more and more.

No you wouldn't, I'm an A-Hole. At least that's what the last next door neighbor said as he was moving out. Of course I shot his pit bull as it tried to bite me on my front porch.

What I wouldn't give to get another car guy next door.
