For a few reasons I won't be able to spray primer on a project I am doing. I am aware of Eastwood's roll on kits but I feel they are priced way too high. Any reason I can't roll on ACME (Sherwin Williams brand?) primer. Most will get sanded off anyway. I brushed on DP40 years ago and it went okay,, dried fast and didn't level out but wasn't a big area. This FP415 is DTM and high build. I have the time, so that isn't an issue for me.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, you will be fine with brushing this one. Just don't overbrush and add about 5 percent with urethane reducer
