I have a standard detached steel garage (24x26) and I want to finish off the interior with sheetrock and insulation.

Does anyone know of a good way to go about this? Before you say "search," I am on my tablet and the search feature does not work...as soon as I get the search box, it disappears when I put in my first letter...or completely closes my browser....

I was thinking of using standard 2x4,s and sheetrock, but I'm open to suggestions...any pics are welcome as well!

Thanks

2x4 or 2x6 typical partition wall framing will work great. Some may say you should have stick build in the first place, I say mine was an existing structure when I bought the house!

Sorry if my text size is a big large. Still working my way as a newbie. Finishing off the interior huh, cool.
I assume you'll be insulating? If yes you can use 2x3's with the price of studs you'll save there #1. And you won't be shrinking your sqft. #2. If your not opposed to spending money ( well spent money) just 2" of close cell spray from will give you a R- 13 factor and also will increase the rigidity of your entire garage, #3. I have a New shop going up with approx 3000 Sq ft and that's exactly how I'm doing mine.
*** FYI,you can buy the spray foam from Amazon for convenience in bulk or search for a better price elsewhere. It's an easy job, messy yea, but you'll save big time. Just make sure the air temperature is 60f or above for proper adhesion. Good Luck...
