I bought some stuff from Frank Lee about a week ago. All of my stuff came in today. It was all packaged extremely well. Taped to cardboard, then shrink wrapped, and some bubble wrap. He also put a paper in the shrink wrap that had my name and address for just in case the box or envelope got trashed.

Overall a great person to buy tools from.
