With a great big Sigh... I could not hit this one post out of the ballpark; I am afraid that the information is just not out there on the web at this time and date.
Of course, in the following few years if I run across anything else you will be the first on the GJ to read about it.

The only thing I can tell you is the wrench is marked made in Japan. As far as I could tell there was a Frank & Warren survival axe used during the Vietnam War, but I found it was made in the USA and not Japan, so I am still in dark as they say.

RTM a big thank you...

I did a google search just now for 57 Front Street, Brooklyn, Ny and the pictures of the condo's just blew me away very nice, and it should be for close to $2000.00 each month just for taxes. I wonder if they get a free mint under their pillow each night.

I am afraid this is very old long before the dark days of the internet, long before I was even born.
