Frank’s Tool new site?

I read the Tools Of Japan thread and have bought all my Ko-Ken tools through him. I quit ordering from him because I wasn’t sure whether or not he could get Ko-Ken tools.

Must have missed this in the thread, is this his new site? No Ko-Ken tools looks like.

Yes, this is old news that has been discussed. He had a good situation when in Japan but has moved back to the states. He is / has been moving away from Ko-Ken to other makes.

I knew there was rumored to be a new one at some time but when I asked several months ago I got no answer.

At the bottom of website the Location is Dover NH. I that this was the area he operated out of.

Anyways I know there are probably some valid concerns about ordering from him and I do t to make this thread about him, but I had great luck from him and was pleased with him. Took some time to get my stuff but I knew stuff may take awhile.

Koken also has a very well run and stocked (it seems so far) distributor in palmac.net
I've done two orders through them now and communication and shipping is great. Hard for Frank to compete with that.

Edit: Just want to add that I like the new site and I'm rooting for Frank. I like the range of products he carries and I'm looking forward to ordering more KTC from him.

I'm still waiting for a refund from October 2019 when he kept telling me he was waiting for this and that to come in. The covid hit and that was his new excuse. Then I get him on the phone and he tells me to email him which I had already done several times. Ironic he gets a new website when he hasn't delivered tools and has stolen money at this point from whom I imagine is more than just me.

Yeah, I gave up on a screwdriver from him, and 1 socket extra deep socket as well I think? Got the rest of my order, played tag for a while, gave up. Similar story, back orders, waiting, etc.

My business will go to others from now on. Luckily I was only out $10-$20 I believe.
