I placed an order 1/14/18 and Frank emailed that day saying 1 item was out of stock and it'll take about 4 weeks to get. He gave me options to wait, cancel or substitute. I substituted for a Ko-Ken ratchet and told him to charge the difference. It's been over 3 weeks and nothing. I emailed several times and no response. So far nothings been charged but hope everything is ok with Frank.
