I got a text saying that I just got $5 in points, but I don't see them in my account. Not sure how long they take to appear. Sears' website is so touchy.
Cashier Instructions:
1. Scan product
2. Scan barcode on member's phone
3. Manually enter the barcode in case of scanning error

I got tricked by the Craftsman Club email!!!Me neither. It says I have the points but I don't have a barcode either.
I've been having lots of problems with both Sears and SYWR working properly as of late (well they've never exacty worked well to begin with). But for the past few days it seems nothing is working right. I have trouble getting coupons to work. Tool of the months points not getting credited. Bonus points showing up then disappearing then showing up again...just a mess

Just went to double-check my Tool of the Month points, and discovered they are not showing up at checkout on either Sears.com or Craftsman.com. Worked fine last month.
Yep same here. I figure if they aren't there by tomorrow i'll have to call about those and this one as well. I'll probably also ask about the coupons. But I think that has more to do with Sears marking everything as a "hot buy" lately.
Has anyone figured out how to opt-out?
