Sounds like a project for sure. Maybe you can break it down in different parts at a time . Take on one thing at a time as time allows, sub people out to do different things. I had one where I went in and brush hogged first and went through to see what I had to deal with first. Scrapped some things out first , then I got to some of the trash , had landowner hire some day labor to take some to dump , burn some in place etc... . I had some things that were too large for me to deal with scrap wise so I called a guy I knew that had an old pole and gin truck and we split profit on large scrap.You could give the mobile home away on Craigslist if it is fixable, very labor intensive to scrap. She might let you do it in parts as she is probably very overwhelmed with the massiveness of project.
