I finally pulled the trigger. I bought enough stuff I don't need, and will likely never use, that I might quit my job and open some sort of grinding/polishing/fabrication of things nobody would ever buy business. All I wanted was something I could use to sharpen my lawn mower blades, but my weakness for beer totally hosed that plan.

I tried it just now and it stated that the "freemix" coupon has already been used by me. Maybe from the first time around. Oh well.

They suckered me in with that deal a few years ago. Have been ordering from them ever since. Overall really pleased with the performance of the flap disks. Got a bunch of die grinder sanding and surface conditioning pads recently and they last a looooong time. With how much time I spent waiting for my 30 gallon compressor to catch up it may end up being a lifetime supply

I ordered the 10 flap discs last week. Got a notification that my $10 shipping charge was refunded (it was) and the order cancelled. Oh well…..
The next day I get a shipping confirmation. Received the discs today! I contacted Benchmark, explained what transpired and wanted to make good on the shipping. They got back to me ( in a matter of minutes) and said it’s all good 👍. I wasn’t expecting that but I’ll definitely throw more business their way.

I have never used their disks but they look good from the pictures and they also have them listed on Amazon for about $24 so having to pay the shipping (if its $10 for you is a good deal).
One of the things I look at on flap discs is how tightly stacked the layers are. I bought some cheap ones from Amazon and when compared to better quality discs they had about half of the layers.

Also used the discount last year, and was happy with the disks. I actually bought some others later.
I also had to use my wife's email and different payment method this time.

Made in the USA China. Done and done. Thanks!

Has anyone used their cup brushes? The benchmark cups are so cheap that I wouldn't even consider them unless someone has a raving review. The Weiler cups I just got, also made in the USA, throw more wires than I would have expected.

Edited: Made in China, my apologies.

Benchmark is made in China!? Fuh! Nothing on their website said either way but the internet said made in USA. But the prices were cheap so.... *shrug

And yes, there's a reason I bought Weiler.... I wish I remember where i got my last cup brush, it was a rockstar.
