I signed up. They did this a year or so ago, you could order up to three different blades then. I only received one, as did my brother-in-law. Hope I get this one, this time.

Thanks for posting the link, OP.

I got one of these about a year ago. Still have not used it but I can't complain about free. I'm sure I will find a use soon.

Lenox makes some of the best blades, I cut a lot of angle iron and these seem to work best. Of coarse it helps to have a father-in-law who's a sales rep for Lenox. Free samples are always coming my way!

Are these trail blades always available or seasonal? I remember a while back they had the one for free. It took some people over a month to arrive. how often can you order one?

In... I'll give them a try. Heck if they outlast and outperform Milwaukee and Dewalt blades - I'll switch...

Thanks for the tip!

I have had good luck with both Bosch and Lenox. My only complaint about Lenox is that it is owned by Newell Rubbermaid. They bought up a number of tool companies and moved their production to China. So far not Lenox, or not all Lenox products anyway. The last set of blades I bought were made in the US.

Anyway thanks for the link for a free blade.

I went thru the process and signed up for a metal blade on the 16th. To date, I have not received anything (including any coorespondence). Has anyone received their blade yet?

I believe it said something like '2-3 weeks delivery time'. So I am not in too much of a rush. When it gets here, it gets here. :D

Got mine today. Looks pretty sturdy. It is a thicker metal than the Milwaukee or Bosch blades I have on hand. Not that it means anything, but the paint is very thin, already worn off the edges and thin on the face. Ink stamping of the part number and size is pretty poor. We'll see how it cuts when I take the fence apart.

About how long was your wait?

Thanks.
