I'm seeing it on my computer below the "Garage Gallery" forum on this page :

I'm guessing you're not signed in. You can only see it if you're signed in.

If you were signed in and it didn't show up, try clearing your cookies, log out and log back in.
If you weren't signed in at the time, that would be your issue.
If you you verify the above mentioned and still can't see Free Parking, shoot me a PM or fire one off to Ryan.
