Why does the search not work for free parking?

If I go and search my username so I can see the posts I started, usually the ones in free parking won't come up. Sometimes it does though.

Is there any reason to this?

Ok, maybe I was mistaken that it works sometimes then, but I could have sworn it did.

I just like checking back on threads I've started or posts I've made and I find the easiest way is to search my username.

Not if you have many subscriptions like I do. I subscribe to every thread I post in, sometimes others I don't post in. I've lost several threads of mine and had to waste plenty of time trying to relocate them.
