My dad kept telling me to come pick through his tools before he melted them down for scrap. Not sure why he is so determined to actually do that and replace a lot of US made tools with China junk from Sears, but I salvaged everything that I thought may be worth something or should not be melted down.
I do have some pictures, crappy quality, that I will post in a bit, but I am going to give you a list and ask kindly if you could tell me what each tool is worth. Thanks in advance.
First we have a Craftsman 4 piece ratcheting box end wrench set, SAE, all stamped Made in U.S.A. The sizes are 3/8 & 7/16, 1/2 & 9/16, 5/8 & 3/4, 13/16 & 7/8.
Then I have 3 Craftsman raised panel ratchets.
- 3/8 quick release stamped with part number 44811.
- 3/8 quick release stamped with part number 43785 and -VV-.
- 1/2 quick release stamped with part number 44975 and -V-.
Next up is 2 genuine Crescent brand adjustable wrenches stamped U.S.A. in 8 and 12 inch.
Then I have some impact, impact swivels, and chrome swivels by Snap-On, all have the underline logo.
- 19mm impact socket.
- 13/16 impact socket.
- 9/16 swivel impact socket.
- 1/2 swivel impact socket.
- 9/16 chrome swivel socket.
- 1/2 chrome swivel socket.
Then I have an assortment of wrenches.
From top to bottom:
- S-K Wayne stamped 7/8 combination wrench. Forged in U.S.A. stamped on other side.
- 18mm Mac combination wrench, stamped Sabina Ohio.
- Craftsman 2 sided open wench, 5/8 & 3/4 raised panel, stamped 44582 and -VV-.
- S-K stamped 7/16 combination wrench, Forged in U.S.A.
And finally, an authentic Cresent brand number 2 Phillips head screwdriver. Made in U.S.A.
