I signed up for one. Pretty sure Honda doesn't use that newer material though as I notice cracks in their belts all the time when I recommend replacement.

I have it .
It is just a little piece of plastic that you fit into the groove to check the depth/wear.
It comes in an envelope with some info on how to check, etc.

I sent for mine 1/3 (probably same as you). Yours should be in the mail in the next day or so I'm guessing. I'm still waiting for the gearwrench keychain!
