I've been wanting to have some general charts to keep in the garage, with useful information. Stuff like torque specs for bolt sizes, drill sizes for taps, drill and saw RPM guides, inch to metric to gauge, and general stuff like that.

Anyone found some free printable charts that they like? I have a few small handbooks that have great info in them, but they are so small, I'd like to have something larger on the wall.

Here's a decent one I found: https://littlemachineshop.com/images/gallery/PDF/TapDrillSizes.pdf

Dang this is one of those things over years I wish to thought to have kept (amongst many other things) The tool distributors use to come by shops and give them out. I had all kinds and steel ones also. But anyway If ya call Starrett they would send you the plastic pocket ones. They have always been one of the gold standards. Check out catalog page 575. https://www.starrett.com/dms/flipbooks/Cat-33/index.html?page=574 . As far as wall ones. With all the local tool supply gone a suggestion would be to image search the likes of Brown and Sharpe, Morse, Niagara cutter, Cleveland Cutting Tool, Moore Tool, etc, Grab a high res image and print it out. I am sure Ebay and local swap meet search this summer could net you an old one. Probably collectible now. Sorry just some FWIW from a has been. Good luck Luke

Tekton provides these free of charge on their web page. They sell them in card stock and magnet form, too. I bought the magnets and keep them on one of my cabinets in the garage.

We have a nice printer at work, when I go back to work I'm going to bring a bunch of files to print!

Yeah, I think those old charts (particularly the metal ones) are collectible now.

Ya those full size wall chart with all the drill and tap sizes fractional decimal and mm conversion are just great. I have one I been cherishing from over 30 years gleaned from the old machine shop at work when we closed :D

You can find a lot of chart images on the web thru a little search

Most all my shop manuals have page charts similar to these

Keep this chart handy for often needed fastener options:
