Free Van Mark Brake J-Brake?

I came upon this Van Mark brake at work. Dont know a thing about braking and cant find any info about it. Model # XC-2A.

Any idea what it's worth?

Interesting! I've never seen one that short. My WAG is a sellers sample. Depending on the gauge it could bend I might pay up to $200.
