French door style self-closing hardware

I put in two 3' wide doors in my office closet...pretty much a French door style set-up instead of the usual bi-fold ones. I'm looking for some sort of door latches that I can put on the top of the door on the inside to keep the doors closed. Kind of a spring loaded thing that when you shut the doors it'll catch and then pull/hold the door shut. I'm not exactly sure what they'd be called to even how to search for them. Anyone out there know what they'd be called and where to look? I can find small ones for cabinet doors, but nothing bigger for a full size door. My wife has them on her closet doors in her classroom...so I know they're out there.

My closet doors have those, it's a spring loaded ball, like a detent that rides into a shallow cup in the frame - they work well.

As to what to call them - maybe door stays?

No, it's called a ball catch. There are other versions of the same thing and all can be found in the hardware aisle at the home store.
