Been lurking for awhile and just recently have been doing some heavy research here and I wanted to make my intro, which is standard operating procedure at the other two sites. (HAMB & JJ)
Anyways, I located in FL but we are locating to Northeast TN over the next couple of months and I have a TON of vehicles and motorcycle to store. We need about 5000 sq ft, so a steal building looks like our easiest/fastest/cheapest option.
Thanks for all those that contribute and share their knowledge here, you guys are speeding up the learning curve and helping me avoid pitfalls.
