Morning GJ followers.

I am moving into a new house to me in the next month. During the walk through and everything, the smaaaaaaaall garage already had the the rustoleum flooring done to it. but I am not sure they did the clear coat.
I def needs to be freshened up. Just power washing gonna do it for me??

Or can I buy and put on another layer of clear coat after power washing it??

Sorry no pics. Havent gotten the keys yet.

Power washing isn't sufficient for adding another coat. After you clean it, sand the floor with 60 grit sandpaper and then wipe it down with denatured alcohol. This will profile the old coat so that your new clear coat will adhere properly.

before you buy a fly by night bathtub supplier of industrial/decorative coatings go to: www.elitecrete.com check out reflector floors. they are wils and last for years. if only a top coat needed over an epoxy base use sparta-all clear high gloss non yellowing non scratching polyaspartic. call before taking anyone advise here i make the goop ian hear to many old wives tales here get a professional opinion thru 30 years experience making and applying epoxy, coatings from russia , south america, north america to asia pacific and europe. dont listen to a guy that applied a floor or two . not worth the aggravation. and above all stay away from anyone calling himself a doctor

Did he say "I make the goop"?:dunno:

Is goop epoxy or cookie batter??

I'll take some goop with extra chocolate chips please.
