Hi, I’m Spencer. My nickname suggests that surprisingly :D I want to share with you my short story/experience about one company that sells wooden garages. Not so long ago I did a quick search online I found a company called Pineca, their products looked good to me and the prices were really reasonable. I was keen to learn more about the company and the services they offer so I contacted them, shared my vision and I received some really great feedback and advice along with a quote to have my wooden garage built to my satisfaction and budget.

So, I did it :D I ordered a wooden garage. And at this moment it’s here in my backyard:

What I can say?, I’m really happy with the product, it was a really easy build as I’m not a builder, but I built it my self using the excellent guidelines and instructions provided.

This company did a great job too! This is why I want to share my experience with you guys :) After a day or two of detailing order, all details were agreed and order was confirmed. A week later my order was delivered to my yard.

The build process was almost perfect too, I had some issues getting started but the company has really very helpful support, so my issues were solved easily. They customized the instructions for me :O That was astonishing for me personally.

The materials.. with such a low price the quality of materials is impressive! Wood seems tough and reliable, double glazed windows showed up good too (which I did not expect, for that price I thought that I only can get plastic windows). And besides this, they are giving a 10-year warranty!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the garage doors, but that comes without a problem too because it’s possible to exclude the garage doors. I decided to source the garage doors myself and fitted them with ease.

So, in general, I’m really happy with my purchase and really want to recommend this company

Please please put smoke alarms in it today. Make sure they talk to the ones in your house. Call your house insurance and if you need to have it appraised so you are covers if it burns down. And then take photos of every thing inside and the photo to the cloud. Open everything and take photos of that stuff. Make sure you have the right insurance too for it. We just finished ours in October then lost it all to a fire right before Christmas. So it can happen. Please take advice.

Lots of questions. Building looks pretty sharp! but will it stay that way - I.E., what is the wood treated or coated with? I take it from the company name that it is all pine? I hope you don't tend to get any standing water on your slab outside the building, 1.5" of a single row of treated wood is all I spot there.

Is the exterior wall just a single row of planks? Tongue and groove? So, no chance for insulation?

Not the best "congrats" from Dave above, but he has a good point. I need to get my garage protected as well.

With all the rave reviews you posted above, how about sharing a real price for your structure? No offense but this kind of comes off like a sponsored post.

Love it! That is my idea of a garage.

Two things I would do differently.....add a footing under those walls to keep them up away from water. And, make those walls a bit higher so you have attic storage space.

Mine was sitting on the ground like that, so I added two rows of blocks. Attic space is OK but could be bigger. That's what came with the house and I just live with it.

Pretty looking garage, but i agree that it sounds almost word for word a "sponsored Testimonial" I write marketing content and you hit all the right queues. intro, highlight the basics, point out small problems to highlight the customer service. little part about how easy it is to make changes, and of course how great the "quality" is in comparison to the cost.

Not trying to cause offense it just sounds a little too infomerical to me. But again it is a nice looking building.

It would be great to see some in-progress pics. Curious about how you wired it, subpanel, single circuit, etc.

I agree it reads like a infomercial. Must be more to the story.
